This Blog is a collection of articles written by Black lawyers “keeping it real”,  detailing the disorder seen in the court. From our perspective, it comes down to “JUST US”  fighting to defend ourselves in a legal system that all too often does not represent the interests of Blacks, Mexicans, other people of color, and the poor.

From issues such as child custody, criminal allegations, police misconduct, work – place discrimination and more, this blog is intended to give you a perspective on the law that may not have been thought of before, and to have you ask the question, “Have judicial decisions thrust us back to the pre civil rights days when the deprivation of the most basic God given human rights was the call of the norm and day”?
